Launch of property, incident and event clearance service

“In these divisive times, it’s good to be able to report on success and growth, but I’d attribute our steady growth to happiness! I’m sure a Ken Dodd song springs to mind, but I think I can honestly say that its the demeanour of our staff that tells us apart and so we’ve been growing thanks to their on-site performance. As a professional residential and commercial property cleaning company, our services are often adjusted to meet the bespoke needs of property professionals, including those dealing with adverse environments. By offering a ‘clearing service’ in addition to a ‘cleaning service’, we’re able to meet the diverse, yet exacting needs of those dealing with property abuse and misuse. Consequently, we have to be prepared to clean and clear up in a variety of environments that can be as dangerous as they are unpleasant, but someone has to do it. We also deal with biological hazards such as sewage spills, floods, human and animal excrement, body fluids and blood, animal carcasses and discarded syringes. Furthermore, going the extra mile requires strict adherence to accepted guidelines if we are going to render the property and its surroundings as ‘safe’ and ‘habitable’.

Our clients depend on our policies and procedures meeting and surpassing these regulations:

• Police Forces
• Coroners
• NHS
• Funeral Directors
• Health and safety Executive
• Social housing companies and landlords
• Private landlords
• Estate and Letting Agents
• Surveyors
• Demolition companies

We are fully qualified and able to comply with all the various regulations as dictated by those we serve.
