Inspired by customer services from the hospitality sector, we have recently embarked on a customer feedback campaign for 2019 using a flyer hung on apartment door handles. “We want our customers to know we care a great deal about their living spaces and that we are open to ideas and suggestions. Constructive criticism is equally important and just as valuable as we want to improve the quality of our work and the roster itself”, explains Karen Wescott, Managing Director. The hangers are printed on recycled stock and to encourage ‘re-use’ KW have dedicated the reverse of the flyer to a blank shopping list for residents to use. Just another small gesture to help our customers and stimulate engagement.
